Ohhh, do I have something nice for you! Joone Creative [now closed], maker of fine craft kits, will be sending a Deluxe Embroidery Kit of choice to one lucky commenter on this post and one on the @allthingspaper Instagram feed [giveaway has ended]. Paper stitching is a a frequently searched topic on this blog so I know many of you will enjoy being introduced to these lovely kits.

Designed by Karen Barbé, the projects feature a stylish leaf pattern that is appealingly modern, the included supplies are top quality, and instructions are clear. I ordered a kit that I gave as a Christmas gift, so have had a chance to examine it in person.

Inside a handy cotton drawstring bag is a tray containing everything you'll need (not scissors, but I bet you have those) to embroider onto nearly any type of paper or cardboard surface. With three levels of designs, beginners or seasoned crafters can create pretty and useful desk accessories.

There are three embroidery floss color palettes, Winter, Spring, and Autumn, as well as kits that offer just notebooks, just lidded boxes, or a combination of the two. Also, Joone has a new line of Essentials Kits that are a smaller taste of the full-size kits.

In addition to the paper embroidery kits, you'll find paper cutting, macramé jewelry, terracotta clayware, and fabric stamping options in the shop.

CONGRATULATIONS to dadlewis1 on Instagram and Joy on the blog.

Edited to add this message I received from Joy: I just punched the template of the first of the pencil boxes and it was very easy. Just a firm press with the awl and the hole was done. The awl is sharp and sturdy. The whole kit is laid out beautifully and the instructions are very clear.
